Our story
TRIO began with a passion for coffee.
In 2017, Aysha Bin Huwaireb began exploring the art of specialty coffee from her home in Dubai. What started as a personal interest grew into years of learning, experimenting and understanding the details behind every cup.
Through practice and dedication, she developed her craft, exploring everything from brewing techniques to the balance of flavour, pressure and ratios.
By 2020, Aysha was sharing her knowledge through coffee workshops, inspiring others to discover the craft she had come to love.
That same year, she founded TRIO in Dubai, bringing her passion to life and creating a space where coffee, creativity and connection come together.
